Matthew Vazin is a business litigation attorney focusing on complex commercial litigation, general negligence, premises liability, and construction related-matters. Matthew's practice includes the representation of individual and national corporate clients through all stages of litigation.

Matthew received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Matthew is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and was a member of USD's National Mock Trial Team. Matthew has been on the board of the Iranian American Bar Association for the past two years.

In his free time, Matthew is passionate about helping provide free post-conviction legal assistance for individuals who are looking for jobs and housing. For fun, Matthew enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and running half and full marathons.
