Ashlyn Mossy is a litigation attorney in the San Diego office. She represents a wide range of national and regional businesses in complex civil matters with significant exposure throughout California. Ashlyn defends private clients and insureds in matters involving automotive dealerships, construction, product manufacturers, and commercial property owners and operators. 

Her practice includes breach of contract and commercial disputes, warranty and lemon law claims, construction defect, product liability, intellectual property matters, personal injury and premises liability. Ashlyn plays a lead role in litigation strategy and execution, from early risk evaluation through discovery, expert development, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation. Her approach is precise, efficient, and grounded in a clear understanding of each client’s legal and operational priorities, including the client's business objectives.

Ashlyn is licensed to practice in California and Washington, D.C., and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as all federal district courts in California. Her multijurisdictional experience allows her to represent clients effectively in both state and federal forums.

Prior to joining Wolfenzon Rolle, Ashlyn clerked for the Honorable Patrick Bumatay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also held positions with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and a transactional law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law and completed her undergraduate degree in Sustainable Environmental Design at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating at the age of 20. Ashlyn remains active in the legal community, and regularly mentors law students and early-career attorneys pursuing civil litigation. In her free time, Ashlyn enjoys skiing, sailing, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
